Silent library (Gaki no tsukai) -- a Japanese game show. It's set in a library so they all have to stay silent, which makes everything funnier. The punishments are cruel and unusual, like: "Old Man Bites Tenderly", where a toothless old man bites you on the ear.
Colin's Sleazy Friends -- It looks to me like two closeted homophobes interviewing three porn stars and a female comedian, Sarah Silverman, who has a new TV show this year.
