Sports that look like a shitload of fun; if only I weren't a little old

Parcour: basically a free-form gymnastic interaction with the urban environment. Invented in Paris, like all hot underground trends it was featured in a Madonna video just as it started getting mainstream attention. The video starts off a little slow and gets into the actual sports of it around 2:00. More videos here, here, featured in a Luc Besson movie here.
Travelling rings: in Muscle Beach California they have these rings, some gymnasts and weight-lifters fly around in the air. I should add that the weather is always like this in Southern California. Schwarzenegger made this beach famous by getting huge there.
Cheese-rolling: yes, I'd never heard of this either. They chase cheese down a hill. More here.
